The manager Chris Mercier is very professional. He explained the needed repair. Pointed out the work that can be done at the next visit. Repairs done on time promised. Price is reasonable.

It was a pleasure dealing with Chris at Richter's. I found them online, and was pleasantly treated with honesty about what maintenance/repair work my car actually needed! I came to Richter's for a second opinion, as I didn't like the price Nanuet Honda gave me. As it turns out, I didn't need the recommended repair at all!!! And it was an $1800 repair at Honda. In addition, a repair that was going to cost $375 at Honda cost me about $75 at Richter's. I ended up performing valuable preventative maintenance instead of unnecessary repairs. I was very impressed, and will return again.
