There is not enough that I could say. I think that Richter is a wonderful man. I'm a single mom and I feel safe bringing my car there. I feel safe bringing my car home. They're great mechanics and no matter what, I can pull in there if I have a light and I don't know what it means and they will stop what they're doing and help me.

I've been going to Richter's Service for many years and it's a good quality service at a fair price. That's why I keep going back.

They are reliable and take people pretty fast, making appointments right away if there's an emergency.

The repairs were made as expected. We discussed what I needed and it was done as expected at a reasonable cost. It was the second time I've taken my car there and I get better service there than at the dealership.

They're honest. They always give me options. If there is a problem, I bring it back and they fix it. They will do any repairs and if they think they can't do it they will tell you.

Always done when promised and thorough!

They do a good job and they're quick about it. The bill they give you says what they did. They break it down for you. They are pleasant to deal with.

I think they're good at repairing. They're honest and more or less reasonably priced. Usually when they repair something you don't need to go back.
