I live out of state and am visiting North Jersey this week. Murphy’s Law, the starter went out on my truck. Friends recommended Richter’s. I had my car towed to Richter’s at night, and they had my truck fixed and ready to go by early afternoon the next day. Professional and communicative. Richters may be the best auto service shop I have used over 40+ years. They are friendly, very responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. I brought my car in again today, this time to have the SUV hatch struts replaced. I purchased my own struts and they happily installed them. Dave, the manager, obviously has a long background in auto repair and maintained and is particularly responsive and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Richters.
