I don't typically leave reviews as service providers usually just do their jobs and you get what you get. However, I feel compelled to leave a review on Richter's. We are relatively new to the area and finding a trusted mechanic is always a daunting task. However, after bringing my Porsche Cayenne to Dave at Richter's, I can say with 100% certainty that we have found our mechanic for years to come. I needed to have the window regulator replaced and had gotten some outrageous quotes from other mechanics. Dave did it for a more than reasonable price and it was done much faster than I could have imagined. I brought it to him Thursday am, fully expecting to get it back some time the following week. He called me later that day saying it would have been done except he needed some additional parts and it was finished the next morning. Additionally, the service light had come on for routine service. Instead of saying..."oh you need this, and that, and this done", Dave looked up what was required based on the mileage and concluded that there really was nothing to be done. It is this type of honest work that will keep me going back as long as we live in the area! Many thanks to Dave and the team at Richter's.
