My family and I are long time Ridgewood residents. This is my first time using Richter's Auto Service. I always had all of my vehicles serviced at the dealer. I brought my Honda CRV to repair an exhaust system noise. Dave W (owner-manager) was friendly and informative throughout the whole process. He and his service team quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me a fair estimate. The work got completed by the afternoon as promised. I also asked about maintenance diagnostics that may require changing the spark plugs and possible leaks. He advised me to check when the major maintenance was last done at the dealer. I gave him that information when I picked up my vehicle. He told me that no additional work maintenance will be needed. His service technician did not see anything wrong. He assured me that it can be driven for long distance like several hundred miles. Dave projected honesty and confidence.
