Richter's gave me a superior experience. Chris was responsive, informational and friendly/courteous. I had a turn around time of about six hours at a reasonable price. They had a potential opportunity to over charge and misinform me, because I had already verbally agreed to the initial quote to repair two things. Instead, their due diligence and honesty informed me of a recall I wasn't aware of, so every penny I paid
them was worth it, the rest goes to the dealership free of charge.
All of those things combined with the convenience/proximity make Richter's a win-win scenario.
